Exhibitor Guidelines & Acknowledgment:

By completing registration, your organization acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Exhibits, signage, banners, displays, and decorations must remain within the organization’s assigned exhibit space and may not extend into aisles or other common areas.

• Exhibit materials may not obstruct the view of or interfere with neighboring exhibitors.

• Each exhibitor table may be staffed by 1–2 representatives.

• Sleep Professionals of Arkansas (SPA) will provide continuing education (CE) credit eligibility for up to two registered staff members per exhibitor table, provided all applicable attendance and CE requirements are met.

• Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a professional, safe, and orderly exhibit space throughout the event.

• Any special setup needs, including requests for electrical access or additional accommodations, should be communicated to SPA in advance and are subject to availability.

• Exhibitors agree to comply with venue requirements and any additional event guidelines provided by Sleep Professionals of Arkansas.

• Receipts will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
